Bikaner Abhayindia.com Representing India in the Commonwealth Weightlifting Competition held at Gautama Buddha University, Delhi, Greater Noida, Keshav Bissa of Bikaner won the silver medal. Keshav won a medal in the junior category by lifting 128 kg in the snatch and 160 kg in the clean and jerk, for a total of 288 kg in the weight class plus 109 kg.

Expressing joy over Bissa’s success, coaches Bhuvanesh Vyas, Surendra, Ravi Kumar Vyas, Lalit Tyagi noted that Keshav brought laurels not only to Bikaner, but also to India.
