Bikaner Abhayindia.com Bikaner Electricity Supply Limited (BKESL) will hold public hearings on Friday, July 21st to address on-site electricity related issues for Bikaner’s urban customers.
Consumer complaints will be handled from 10:00 to 13:00 at the BKESL Customer Service Center located in a public park in Bikaner. If possible, complaints will be resolved on the spot. If on-site reimbursement is not possible, then the possible date for the complaint will be communicated to the complainant.
