The electrification work on this section was completed in March and for the load of the Benisar traction substation, the installation of a large capacity transformer at the Sridungargarh GSS was carried out at a rapid pace on the priority of Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam. After that, on July 7, a traction substation built at the Benisar railway station was put into operation. The trial run of the first electric freight train on this section was successfully carried out on 7 July after correcting deficiencies identified during a thorough inspection of the pre-commissioning electrification work of the electric rail and the commissioning of the Benisar traction substation under load.
We inform you that the freight train left Churu station on July 7 and arrived at Bikaner station on July 8, 23 after 12 am. The electric train is already running in the Churu-Sadulpur-Rewari region of the Bikaner region. With the introduction of an electric train on the Churu-Bikaner section, an electric train on the Bikaner-Delhi route will soon begin.
