Jaipur Abhayindia.com In Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s 2023-2024 budget statement, out of one million positions, the Department of Medicine and Health will recruit more than 20,000 positions.
Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Medicine and Health Shubhra Singh said there will now be direct recruitment for 20,546 nursing and paramedic positions in the department. He informed that the recruitment process for 20,546 posts will now be completed by increasing 3,386 posts in the recruitment of nursing and paramedical personnel carried out by the department by 17,160 posts. He reported that competency-level approval had been received for these newly created 3,386 posts.
Director (unpublished) Suresh Nawal said that there are now 8,750 vacancies for nurses, 4,847 for a female health worker, 3,067 for a pharmacist, 2,190 for a laboratory assistant, 1,178 for a radiologist assistant, 117 for an ophthalmologist . A total of 20,546 positions will be recruited, including 151 dental technician positions and 246 ECG technician positions.
