The administration of the corporation today seized the Vijay shopping center, located in Joshiwad, in connection with a long-term tax debt. Corporation commissioner K.L. Mina stated that action had been taken to confiscate the mall’s outstanding UD tax. He said that the check for the amount owed was issued by the operator of the mall, which was dishonored.
Similarly, the showroom located in Panchshati Circle was confiscated by the corporate administration due to unpaid UD tax. In the same sequence, construction works were sealed behind the tax inspection chambers in the colony of Sardul and Chordia Chowk in Gangashahar, according to the norms of the corporation. Corporation officials were also present during this action, including secretary Hansa Meena, in charge of the militia, Rishiraj Acharya.
