Jaipur Abhayindia.com Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot approved a proposal to provide HRA to non-working senior residents and increase the stipend to non-working residents.
Now the elderly residents of the state, who are not in the public service and who have not received a hostel, will be paid a rental allowance of 6,000 rupees per month. If a resident voluntarily opts out of hostel allocation, he/she will not be eligible for rental housing allowance.
Similarly, a proposal was approved to increase the supplementary stipend for non-working residents to Rs 5,000. This scholarship will be paid only to those residents who have not been allocated a hostel. If a resident refuses to provide a hostel, he will not be eligible for this scholarship.
