Bikaner Abhayindia.com Public hearings were held on Friday by BKESL to address the concerns of electricity consumers in the city of Bikaner. Of the 22 problems encountered, 15 were resolved on the spot. Other complaints 07 will be resolved soon.

BKESL COO Jayant Rai Chowdhary said that 07 technical and 15 billing-related complaints were received during the public hearings held at the BKESL Customer Service Center located in Community Park. In terms of billing issues, 11 complaints such as fuel surcharge, bill change, solar credit, 100 units of free units were resolved locally. In one of the technical problems, the problem was solved by replacing the counter. Cement post straightened and consumer cable replaced. The relocation of the iron pole, the voltage problem in the entire street and the new connection were referred to the division for action. The public hearing was attended by Sanjay Jha, manager Pramod Verma and other personnel and administration staff.
