According to them, the goal is to provide transportation for 40,000 seniors in fiscal year 2023-24. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved an additional budgetary allocation of Rs 44 crore for this purpose. Previously, the scheme provided Rs 46 crore. Now, due to the increase in the number of passengers, another 44 million rupees has been allocated. With this permit, passengers will be forced to travel to various places of pilgrimage by air and by rail.

We would like to inform you that in August 2013 the program of pilgrimage for the elderly was launched. At that time, 41,000 pilgrims were sent to various places for darshan. To date, more than 1.17 million pilgrims have received darshan. On June 14 this year, a passenger train left Jaipur and Kota for Rameshwaram Madurai. All costs of the yatra are borne by the state government.
